What we collect
- Partner accounts: company name, website, country, the name and work email of each user, a password hash, sign-in times and IP addresses.
- Contact form: what you send us and the IP address it came from.
- Game rounds: the player reference chosen by the partner (we never receive players' names or contact details), stakes, wins, currency and results.
Why
To provide the sandbox and partner portal, to run and settle game rounds, to invoice partners, to keep the service secure and to answer enquiries. The legal bases are the performance of our contract with partners and our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie (tcg_portal) to keep partners signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention
Round records and invoices are kept as long as required for accounting and regulatory audits. Contact requests are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data through the contact form. Players of our partners should contact the casino they play at, which controls their data.
