THE CHART GAMES

Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

The Chart Games ("we") develops casino games and supplies them to businesses that operate online casinos ("partners"). This website presents our games and gives partners access to our sandbox, documentation and partner portal.

2. Business use only

We do not offer gambling to the public. Demos on this website use play money with no value and cannot be won or withdrawn. Partner accounts are for businesses; by registering you confirm you act on behalf of a company and are at least 18 years old.

3. Sandbox and live access

Sandbox access is free and for testing only. Live access requires our approval and a commercial agreement. Partners are responsible for holding the licences required in every market where they offer our games, for their players' accounts and balances, and for responsible gambling and anti-money-laundering controls on their side.

4. API keys and secrets

Keep API keys and wallet secrets confidential. You are responsible for activity made with your keys. Revoke a key in the portal as soon as you suspect it is exposed.

5. Fees and invoices

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are a share of the gross gaming revenue (bets minus wins) our games generate in live play, per game and per month, invoiced in the currency played. Sandbox play is never billed.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but may suspend games or access for maintenance, security, legal reasons or unpaid invoices. Rounds already started are settled with the transaction ids described in the integration guide.

7. Intellectual property

Our games, their art, mathematics and software remain ours. Partners receive a non-exclusive right to offer the games to their players for the duration of their access.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes are announced to partners in advance.
